On 15 May 2012, the CNB is putting into circulation the third of ten gold coins from the Bridges cycle. It depicts the Baroque bridge in Nm욝 nad Oslavou with unique sculpture decoration. The coins are minted from 999.9 purity gold in two quality versions (normal and proof) differing in surface treatment and edge marking. Proof-quality coins have a highly polished field, a matt relief and a plain edge. Normal quality coins have milled edges. The coin is 28 mm in diameter, weighs 15.55 g and is 2 mm thick. Deviations in diameter of 0.1 mm and thickness of 0.15 mm are allowed. Upward deviations in weight of 0.062 g and in gold content of 0.01% are allowed.
The obverse side of the coin contains a rectangle featuring a composition of heraldic animals from the large national coat-of-arms of the Czech Republic. The Czech lion is in the middle, with the Silesian eagle on the right and the Moravian eagle on the left. The name of the state ESK REPUBLIKA is located above the composition of heraldic animals. The Baroque bridge in Nm욝 nad Oslavou is below this composition. The name of the cycle MOSTY and the denomination and abbreviated monetary unit 5000 K are situated below the bridge. The coin was minted by the Czech Mint. Its mark in the form of the letters Ȕ and M is located at the bottom edge of the coin. The reverse side features the Baroque bridge in Nm욝 nad Oslavou. The text BAROKN MOST V NM̊TI is above the depiction of the bridge and the text NAD OSLAVOU is below the bridge. The year of mintage 2012 is located below the word OSLAVOU. The initials of the designer Martin Daek are positioned above the letter U in the word OSLAVOU in interlinked letters MD.
